There is, of course, only one control with which the speed of the phasing can be adjusted, everything else is set in order to achieve a really pleasant, never too intrusive-sounding effect. The classic phasing sounds of the 70's were often created with this piece of equipment. This is how Eddie Van Halen "spiced up" his legendary Lead sound, especially on the early records. This can clearly be heard in his parade solo on "eruption".

Great pedal

Absolutely great pedal, bought this for a friend and it sounds amazing, he's been using it for a massive variety of own material and covers, give a great Van Halen tone for a very reasonable price, very tough and durable and has had no problems so far, the bright orange look make it noticeable on stage as well regardless of lighting, it doesn't glow in the dark but its easily seen, the switch is very easy to hit in a rush so no need to worry about it even if it does look small compared to the likes of boss pedals and similar, great pedal and works wonders, adding a great effect to my friends arsenal of pedals

Pretty straightforward

Great pedal. It nails the phaser tones from the 70s until today.

Naturally, it's a one knob pedal, so it is not very versatile if you want to shape your own sound. That being said, what you see is what you get with this pedal. If the Phase90 is a sound you like, it will not disappoint. The range goes from very slow (nice for a rhytm tone, or to add some mojo to your base sound) to very fast (takes over the sound, great if you're feeling experimental)

Other than that, this pedal is built like a tank and is still doing well

Decent, not so versatile

Well built pedal, but not quite versatile.

I tried exploring the phaser zone with this pedal, but it just wasn't for me. I couldn't make it fit with my general sound inside my setup. I know that there are people who absolutely love this pedal, so I do not want to say it is a crap pedal. Not at all. It just didn't fit for me.

I encourage everyone to try it, explore the sound and maybe for you it would be the thing. Who knows? I mean, in the end it's an MXR, so the build quality and control are very ok. Have fun with this one!
