Bad customer support

I can't go from the fact that La Bella is the string company that has the worst customer support out there.
I really don't know how the strings are, but here is the situation.

I ordered 2 packs, place one on jazz bass, other on precision bass and the result was D string was not good. How to explain it hmm, it was kind of fluffy, not tension you would expect, and it made some kind of hum.
After recording video with the problem and sending it to La Bella, they did not reply. I've send another 2 emails but nothing from them.

I love my deepTalking flats from Labella, but i am never ever buy any string from Labella again. Just because of the baddest customer support ever.

Let me just say that few years ago i ordered DR strings, and had similar problem. DR sent me whole new pack, and LaBella did not even try to respond.

Good strings!

Been using La Bella’s since for ever, they aren’t on the expensive side of the spectrum but hold up in quality and sound as if they were! Good tone over a long period of time (obviously it’ll depend if playing frequency). Very happy with them, I keep coming back to them.

Montate su Hohner b2a anni '90 in quanto le corde Re e Sol risultavano meno udibili all'ascolto rispetto il Mi e La (calibri regolari, es. 45-65-85-105).
Con il calibro ibrido il bilanciamento dei volumi fra le corde è decisamente migliorato; anche il controllo delle corde sotto le dita della mano destra è perfetto!
Il suono generale delle corde è ottimo!!
Corde consigliate in relazione all'ottima fattura, suono e prezzo!!

Gutes PLV

Seitdem es keine Cocco Saiten mehr zu bekommen gibt, suche ich nach Alternativen. Oh, U.S. made La Bellas zu so einem günstigen Preis? Die probiere ich doch mal aus. Erstmal Ist die E-Saite lang genug für Reverse Kopfplatten. Definitiver Pluspunkt. Und nette Plastik Würfelchen sorgen dafür, dass man sogar unter erschwerten Bedingungen die Saiten nicht verwechselt. Erstes Fazit: medium steif (also nicht zu steif aber auch nicht zu labberig), für Stahlsaiten relativ warmer Sound, dem aber leider fehlt der "Sternenstaub" oben drauf, den die Coccos liefern konnten. Aber für den Preis verschmerzbar. stimmstabil sind sie auch. Ich melde mich nochmal, wenn ich die Haltbarkeit beurteilen kann.
