Not for 7-stringers
These strings were awesome for a day or two, then the 7th string lost it's bite and sounds dull now. The remaining 6 are still awesome, though. I think that thick strings of this brand suffers the same issue than most other brands (quick tone loosing). So I wouldn't recommend their 7-string sets, unless you change strings every couple of days. Their 6-string sets are probably okay for long periods of using. By the way, tone of this strings is really close to Elixir Nanowebs: very bright and full, so you really can just cut all the unwanted frequencies with EQ and get any sound you wish.

I was looking for the thickest strings in the store and these were them. I used them on a 6-string guitar on various tunings (even crazy ones like a double-drop E) and they perform well. Sound is really good, and hasn't gotten worse even after a reasonable amount of playing, the feel is great when having a relative high tuning, as they get quite tight, being so thick (basic physics, duh).
What I am disappointed of was that one of the middle-strings (can remember which one right now) broke on my first week of playing. Well, it was a 7-string set so no problem, but that was still weird. I'd had much preferred to use the exact string I had in the first place, the substitutive is a bit too thick for it's place (3rd or 4th string).
