I do not declare "expert" I'm just a re-beginner rather, having decided at my 64 to rewarm things I was doing back at '70s with my small economic means, yet big desire and love for the field, of those eras.
Just received at my Greek house, very consistently and smoothly, 7 days after my order, a "G41 Thomann Bundle" consisting by a Harley Benton S-620 TR, the HB-20R Amp and a collection of small needful accessories.
For the HB-20R Amp I'm not the right person to express an opinion, I'm just using and discovering. At my teenage era, being unable even to dream buying a Marshal Amp, we were making tricks, blocking the tape in desktop tape players with Play+FFWD concurrently pressed and passing the signal of the guitar (usually a classic acoustic wooden one, just equipped with an after market addon pickup "magnet", just to make it "electric") to tape player speakers, as a substitute of a real amplifier.
But promptly I can do it for the Harley Benton S-620 TR.
Opening the parcel surprised pleasantly by the overall quality of the instrument. Everything was much more from what I could imagine and what the photos can show.
Good finish, good looking and more importantly all its parts and peripheral components look so qualitative. I had also Nut string lockers, something that when missing was mentioned as vital disadvantage at the enormous tests I read and watched at Youtube, waiting my piece.
Really incredible buy, especially given its Value for Money.
I'm wondering what more expect those "professionals" and "experts" with the stupidities are publishing and commenting after testing above and similar "lower end" instruments.
I'll go also for a Les Paul type, the Harley Benton SC-500 BK Vintage bundle in 6-8 weeks that it will become available, for my second house at Dubai UAE.
I just like the Les Paul type, although I don't know what is its actual difference with the type I got already (stratocaster?).
Thank you Harley Benton and Thank you Thomann. Quite happy with the transaction.
