Excellent kit!
Excellent shielding kit! Very simple to use, and the different sizes really help in shielding the tricky spots. The glue is conductive and multimeter shows continuity if you overlap it. Comes with wires and solder. Everything i needed to shield my guitar and redo all the connections. I got two kits because i have a Jazzmaster and the cavity is pretty huge, but for a Strat, Tele, or any other guitar with just the pickup and back cavities like Gibson, one kit will be enough. The shielded wire is ok, but the other wire they provide could have been a bit thicker, seems kinda weak but works flawlessly. The only other downside is the instructions are only in german. So they were useless to me. It should at least be also in english, even if they just google translate it, it would be better than nothing. But there's youtube videos everywhere about shielding so you don't really need a piece of paper to tell you how to do it. Still, they might have their own special way of doing it but i'd never know that because of one language instructions. Instructions or not, this is a great product for the price!

Good conductive characteristics
The cooper tape is very good with regards to conductivity and gluing. It's very easy to install and even if you overlap it it still maintains conductivity.
The only minor point was the way the several portions were cut, it wasn't easy to adapt it to a SSS Stratocaster body and nearly wasn't enough for everything. I mean, if it has different types of cut you expect then to be suiting a guitar, in reality nothing was said about being for a Stratocaster body.

bit short on material
THe material were all fine and worked well. But I used this for the internal cavity of a Jazzmaster (which has a slightly large body than a strat/tele) - there was not enough foil to do the whole cavity. Frankly I though that was a bit cheap given that it would cost a minimal amount to give a bit of room to move with the foil. Because there is a relatively small amount it could mean having to buy two packs.

The shielding kit comes with a clear instruction manual explaining how to use it, in English and in German. Be aware that some soldering is required to achieve the full shielding.
The shielding tape is of good quality and easy enough to apply. The amount of copper tape provided is on the low side. I barely had enough to shield the cavities in my Telecaster. For guitars with larger cavities, like Jazzmasters or Jaguars, I would recommend to buy some extra copper tape to shield the whole guitar.

Works great but a bit expensive for what you get.
This kit works great and comes with good instructions so it's a great choice for someone who has never shielded a guitar before. It's a bit expensive for what you get though. I would have preferred to just buy lenghts of copper foils cheaper without all the "extra" stuff but unfortunately this was the only copper foil available from Thomann and I needed it fast so I got it anyway.
No regrets, it works great. Just a bit overpriced in my opinion.

Juste ce qu'il faut!
Utilisé sans problème sur Strat et Tele, il y en a assez et ça marche! Attention tout de même à avoir les doigts légers lorsqu'on manipule, quelqu'un d'un peu bourrin aura vite fait de coller un petit bout de cuivre sur lui même.

Very good quality
I used this to shield a squier telecaster with complete new hardware installation.
The main concern was that the adhesive had to be conductive, if not it would not have the desired effect.
I can say that this cooper shielding screen is very high quality, thick enough not to rip apart and works like a charm. All cavities of the guitar had ground continuity after the complete makeover.
Highly recommended product.

Great quality kit
The kit is really good I was not expecting this quality out of this package. The thing that impressed me the most is the piece of solder. I am a technician by profession and the solder was really good. it is very easy to solder even for beginners. Does not require a lot of heat so can be soldered with a hobbyist soldering iron and flows really nice.
