Urban Tweed, for the "Flash Guitarist Around Town".
The: Fender Urban Strat Tele Gig Bag Tweed; is great for the Flash Guitarist Around Town, compared to the more subtly coloured: Fender Urban Strat Tele Gig Bag Black. This yellow/brown coloured gig bag is very well made, from tough, waterproof, luggage grade canvas. It has a decent layer of padding all round to give your Strat. or Tele (other types of guitars would fit in it) adequate protection, with a soft red flock lining, to prevent scratching your instrument. There are 2 useful sized pockets with zips on the outside, the large one holds an A4 folder or music book & lead, the other one would hold tuner, capo & slide etc. The brown zips seem to be of good quality, & slide easily. There is a strong carry handle with 2 backpack style shoulder straps, & the yellow/brown tweed has brown coloured piping around the seem edges, & is finished off nicely with the Fender logo embroidered in brown cotton. All-in-all I think the: Fender Urban Strat Tele Gig Bag Tweed; is a great buy for the: "Flash Guitarist Around Town".
I use this gig bag with my Japan Fender Stratocaster. It fits perfectly to Strats as well as my tele-style. It grants you a feeling that your guitar is safe in it. It protects your instrument from humidity quite effectively. When you see it you know it contains something bluesy. Pros The bag has amazing tweed looks and design, durable zips and great comfort and fit. It is light and easy to carry. Cons Gets easily dirty, the second space is too small to fit pedals etc, so you have to carry your pedal bag. Dont even think to get one for a long scale bass! I definately recommend it for Strats and Teles. Its the best value for money gig bag of this category!
