Guitar sounds great but it very incovinient weekness is uncomfortable truss rod access. The stock I received first time had defect of neck (bumpy 21th fret). It shouldn't happen in guitar in this price (Classic Player Strat - custom shop designed). It happens very rarely event in much cheaper models, so the conclusion is that there are guitars dedicated to eastern market and they have usually worse quality and it is probably accepted by producer or developer. Too bad.
Having started playing the guitar on an Epiphone Les Paul, I was looking for a strat to get closer to sounds of the types of blues I've been playing (Hendrix, Mayer, etc.). Had my heart set on an American Standard, but they were retailing outside of my budget.
I begun researching Mexican Fender strats, and it seemed that this one is a custom shop builder design, but mass produced in Mexico. Lots of glowing reviews across multiple sites. There are some great videos on youtube demonstrating the guitar also.
The guitar arrived well packaged in its soft gig bag and I've not needed to touch the setup on it! Needless to say, the Les Paul hasn't been out of its case since.
