This is a great little tool and I always keep one at my workshop and one in my acoustic guitar case.
However, the rubber sheath is placed too far back on the handle which means that it's actually the metal handle that will pivot against the bridge when you loosen the bridge pins, not the rubber. It's very easy to scratch the bridge if you're not careful. Once you've loosened the bridge pins you can insert the tool further and use the rubber for support but at that point you might as well pull the bridge pins out using your fingers.
The rubber sheath is rather thick so it would be impossible to move it further forward with this design. The tool would have been too thick to fit under the bridge pins. Maybe if they had use a thinner layer of rubber. Or maybe it would have been better if the entire tool was made from some kind of durable plastic (but then the wrench side would probably have been close to useless).
As long as you're careful this isn't a huge problem but definitely something to be aware of.
Apart from this minor complaint I'm very happy with this tool.
