Well what can i say. Its quite nice tremolo. Its solid and really nice crafted. no feeling of cheap in all of its aspects. i recommend this one for any kind of person that loves simplicity and good quality. the only disadvantage that i could tell that you should disassemble the pedal to change battery.
To me, this pedal gives the exact sound of the tremelo units built into the amps of the 1960s. Nice simple clear controls: speed, depth and on/off, which is all you need. Extremely well made with a solid metal case. Quite large, but that means the pedal has sufficient footprint for its decent size knobs (unlike the fiddly little knobs on other well known brands). Jack and mains connections are at the top end, allowing you to place pedals close together, provided they all have this arrangement; another plus point over other brands. I bought this as a replacement to my old Carl Martin Surf Trem, which has developed a hum (but it is in for repair). Three minor gripes, which just stopped me giving a 5 out of 5 rating; the battery is laboriously accessed by removing 4 screws from the base plate (my old one had a simple quick release compartment cover), retro chicken-head style knobs are no longer present as on the old model and they have changed the old 60s looking trapezoidal shape for a simple rectangular box. But it sounds fabulous and is very reasonably priced. A must have for any 50s and 60s style gigging guitarist.
