Unstable and poor customer service

This case is unstable. It fell and cracked and my cello was damaged. This company will accept it for assessment only. I would have to provide a packing box and materials and be left without a cello case for weeks with no guarrantee of a refund. Shockingly bad service- avoid this company if you are spending a lot. Good prices but no peace of mind.

Ich würde den Koffer immer wieder kaufen!

Auch wenn es zu einer kleinen Lieferverzögerung kam, hat sich das Warten auf diesen Koffer total gelohnt. In den Bildern sieht man noch das Vorgängermodell, ich persönlich finde das neuere Modell sogar etwas schicker, weil das Logo unten rechts etwas unauffälliger in neuem Design steht. Ja, es ist ein stolzer Preis, aber wenn man viel mit dem Cello unterwegs ist, macht sich der Gewichtsunterschied für den Rücken direkt bemerkbar. Mein Vorgängerkoffer hatte zwei Schlaufen, daher übe ich noch, wie ich den Koffer am besten auf-/absetzen kann, aber das ist sicher eine Sache der Gewöhnung. Ich kann diesen Koffer sehr weiterempfehlen. Es wird sogar ein zusätzliches Tragesystem mitgeliefert, wo man Noten reintun kann....der einzige Nachteil davon...der Koffer kippt um, wenn kein Cello drin ist, weil das Teil so schwer ist (im Verhältnis zu Koffer)! Ich persönlich habe mich dafür entschieden, die Rucksackgurte zu befestigen, weil ich möchte, dass der Koffer auch im Leerzustand stehen bleibt.

Voici mon évaluation.
L'étui est de bonne qualité, colori agréable et joli design malgré un léger crissement/bruit pendant la marche.
L'instrument est bien callé, bien stabilisé dans l'étui et assure une sécurité.
La sangle de transport est vraiment un plus, rend le transport agréable et allége le poids du portage.
Je recommande cet étui .
J'en suis satisfaite.
