Geweldige Sound!

Ben zelf een groot fan van Slash, en wou uit mijn les paul een sound halen die meer richting Slash zijn sound ging.
De Seymour Duncans besteld, en deze bevallen erg goed!
Komen in een mooi Doosje, incl de stel schroeven met veer.
In het doosje zit ook het aansluit schema bijgevoegd, zodat je precies kan zien hoe je de Elementen aan moet sluiten.

Elementen hebben een geweldige sound! je kan er flink mee scheuren, en als je het volume van de gitaar wat verder dicht draait, kan je naar een mooie crunch tot bijna clean gaan.
Hals element is precies de Sweet child 'o mine sound, prachtig!

Kan er niks anders over zeggen dan dat het zeker waar is voor je geld als je van de Slash sound houdt!

Just Buy Them!

Bought these to replace pickups in an Orville LP Standard, and I have to say that I am very happy with the choice. I first had experience with these from an Epiphone Slash model and was very impressed. When I looked into replacing the stock Orville pickups, these were the obvious choice for me.

There is a Guitar World review of the Slash Epi with Paul, and I think this review will give you an accurate representation of the tones from the pickups. While most of you may be looking at these for that Slash sound, they are quite versitile. My luthier absolutely hates Slash as a guitarist (no offence, personal opinion) but absolutely loves these pickups and has stated they are one of his favorite SD sets.

I'm more a Van Halen than GNR fan, and I can get some great early VH tones from the bridge, and of course that classic Sweet Child / Slash solo tone from the neck.

Just buy them!

Great sounding pickup and not just for Slash fans

Great pickups, I have them in my Gibson Les Paul Standard and they really open the sound up from the standard pickups. They are definitely not just for Slash fans as they give a decent rock sound for 70s through to modern stuff and to top it off the clean sound on them is better than standard.

The only gripe I have is that the quality Control isn't great at Seymour Duncan as out of the two sets I had both had scratches in the plastic near the pole pieces. Not that you'd notice from more than 6 inches away but the scratches are there non-the-less.

All in though a highly recommended upgrade humbucker for rock tones.
