Snaren Set voor E-Bas

De Snaren bestaan uit een magnetische Kern en zijn met een zwarte Nylon Flat Wire omwikkeld. Ze behouden een excellente Klank, kennen een Easy Respons en hebben dankzij de geslepen Nylon Flat Wire een aangenaam Speelgevoel. De Black Tape Nylon Snaren zijn uitermate geschikt voor Akoestische Basgitaren en Fretless Basgitaren en geven een Contrabas-achtige Sound. Vervelende ''Finger Squeaks'' doen zich ook niet meer voor.

Best nylons I found

After 30 years of playing bass I think I finally found the strings I was looking for. Incredible punchy vintage sound. First got them for my short scale Fender and now I'm going to put a set on my vintage Fender tele bass.

If you want a double bass sound on your regular electric bass try these. Even on a fretted instrument they deliver.

standard Thomann reliability when it comes to delivery, packaging...
anyway, i never heard of these before, i was looking for heavy flats for my short scale acoustic and thought i'd give these a try. Well, surprise, it looks like they'll be around for a while. Nice, thick, meaty strings with fullbodied sound, nothing like a double bass and nothing like electric bass, a personality of it's own, exactly what i wanted!

Many fanzines and people recommend those strings to install on a fretless bass to sound more like a contrabass. My 500/1 Hofner Beatles bass is a fretted version. As you might remember Paul McCartney used those strings on the Let it Be / Get Back Sessions and the Abbey Road record on his fretted violin Hofner Bass. Those strings are thicker than others, but do not be afraid of that they fit perfect on the bass and they can be played very comfortable indeed. McCartney used the black nylons by Rotosound. They are contrary to the pyramids as you have to file the saddle. Compared to the Daddario ones which tend to burst the nylon wiring those strings are really unique, sound more warm, more contrabass. Put them on your bass and test them and get comfortable with them.

These strings were fitted to a Harley Benton Beat Bass .They sound excellent, could not recommend them enough. nice, warm tone, easy on the fingers and great for smooth, bass, left hand changes, as you move around the neck.Made The Beat Bass move into Hofner terretory
