Jammer niet in het grijs

Oude grip was verloren gegaan tijdens het vervangen van de bedrading in de speakerkast.
Deze heeft hem mooi vervangen, paste perfect, moest geen aanpassingen doen aan de kast of gaten boren.
Enige jammere is de kleur, maar daarover hoort eigenlijk niemand te klagen, het is een grip. En verven kan iedereen.

I bought a Marshall 1960AV cab. The sound is amazing, and I am very happy with it. However, less than a year later the grip caps (made of plastic) started cracking around the screw holes. I had installed the castor wheels, so any minor position changes were done by moving the cab on the wheels - not by carrying it. I was very disappointed and told Thomann about this. The customer service is beyond excellent - they sent me a new set immediately, no questions asked.

However, the new grip caps I received - brand new - still boxed (obviously), already have small cracks developing around the screw holes. I still cant believe it. This is obviously a design flaw, and where is Marshall's quality control??

I would like to repeat, that this has got nothing to do with Thomann - it is Marshall that is to blame.

I read on the net that this is a common problem.
