Versatile bennefit mic placement.

Although I bought it to fit my suspended tom-mount, due to the fact the conventional Sennheiser E604 holder could not be fitted easy enough between the rim and supended tom-mount, it was my misstake to find out the suspended tom-mount was not matching [to small] the grip op the LP519. But I fixed it with some rubber cut from my inner bicycle-wheel. After this fix it durability was great! Additional advantage is the mic-placement is very versatile due to the gooseneck on the claw. Loved the outcome!

Got this for clipping a mic onto a snare and it is amazing. You can clip on to either rim and the goose neck gives great versatility and getting the perfect angle on your mic.

Bought this in the hope that I could have 2 mics off one stand (one for beatboxing looping), another for vocals - and it's just appalling for that purpose. I think for mounting mics off a drum, it's probably fit for purpose, but the way the grip mechanism works means it won't grip anything cylindrical and also the gooseneck part is just too flexible and can't take any weight without drooping.

Not up to the usual Thomann sourcing quality. Stay away unless you're sure it's what you need - it's in no way a versatile bit of kit.
