Easy installation

Very easy to install and boosted the sound enormously in a Thunderbird bass with EMG 35DC's. Nowadays these sets come with the pickups which are a blessing. Back then I had for years a bass with the soldered solution and I wasn't quiet happy with the sound. These kits are easy breezy, no more tinkering.

The shafts are solid and feel nice 'n smooth.

Zocht al een tijdje naar een kit waarbij je niet hoefde te solderen ,
en makkelijk van elementen te switchen klik en klaar .

Solderless design is fantastic, it was easy to install and I wish more manufacturers went for this type of wiring. Can't fault the quality.

Two quibbles: one, I had to buy the 3 position toggle switch with this, which was another 30 euros, bringing the total to 75. It's not crazy money for the quality but I can't help feeling like the switch should've been bundled with the kit for a bit less or something.

Second quibble, the wire for the battery pack specifically is pretty short, especially as it needs to be attached in two places. I was fixing up an old S type guitar and wanted to house the battery in the back, next to the blocked up trem but there wasn't nearly enough length. Not the end of the world but could've been a tad longer!
