La più economica tra le Yamaha, ma non per questo inferiore

Questa asta la ebbi anni fa e l'ho ricomprata per un amico affinché aggiungesse un crash a destra. Sapevo di andare sul sicuro e, infatti, il prodotto non ha deluso le aspettative.Eccellente, leggera, robusta e pratica.

Ottimo supporto leggero

Stabile e rigida, in grado di reggere, oltre al piatto, anche un clamp con un campanaccio, un Wood Block o una piccola percussione, non credo però possa reggere un tom. Avevo già dell'hardware Yamaha, la lega utilizzata è ottima, leggera e molto resistente. Le cromature di questo hardware sono le uniche che non si sono arrugginite tra tutto il mio arsenale di ferri che lascio da anni in un posto abbastanza umido. Peccato non ne facciano in stile vintage flat base.

Solid and light

though not the lightest in the market, it is still the best combination of stability and lightweight. I have rocked (literally) a 22" mel lewis on it and it doesn't feel like its going anywhere. also attached a couple of add-ons and still works perfectly.

Some small gripes

Generally, I use yamaha cymbal stands because I love the way the look, and usually they play well. Nice and sturdy, always come well packaged and their customer support is always good regarding drum stuff, as any queries I had were answered only a day later. But the double-braced cymbal stands I get always seem to go a bit loose above the second brace after a few months. I play a 16" crash on this stand and it works really well but if i don't make sure it's nice and tight when i start it has a habit of dropping down slowly during playing. Generally this isn't a huge issue, but the problem is that you have to constantly make sure it's super-tight or else it moves. The other brace is fine though. So not perfect, but also not bad, and very cheap for what you get! The materials themselves were well finished and looked the part.
