I chose this pick as I thought it might be more comfortable with my arthritis and it does help. I think its the width of it that makes the difference.

The extra weight to this pick does give it it a nice solid sound when played with. Until you get use to it it sounds like your playing heavier than you are, but you adjust as you play more.

The unbuffed surface does make gripping it easier even when you sweat, so it's not so easy to drop. For the price of these you cant really afford to lose them on the first gig.

Eins der V-Picks, die ich mittlerweile doppelt habe, falls ich es doch mal verlieren sollte. Wie in meiner Bewertung für das NEXUS geschrieben, bin ich den V-Picks verfallen.
Wie alle anderen liegt das "The Snake Unbuffed" einfach toll in der Hand. Attack und Druck sind amtlich, dabei klingt es aber auch alles schön differenziert. Ich liebe die rauen Kanten bei den V-Picks, die einfach einen tollen, kratzigen Ton liefern.
Trotzdem habe ich nicht das Gefühl, dass diese rauen Kanten das Spiel stoppen. Ganz im Gegenteil, ist das Spielen einfach butterweich.
Ob ich nun Akkorde auf der Akustik "schrammel", jazzige Akkorde auf der E-Gitarre spiele, oder aber Sweepings mach', das Pick unterstützt mich einfach wunderbar.

Ich geb' die Dinger nicht wieder her, bzw. kann mit den alten Plektren im Grunde nicht mehr spielen. Es fühlt sich nicht so harmonisch an. Zwei meiner Kumpels habe ich auch schon überzeugen können.
Also nicht zögern und mal kurz zumindest ein Plektrum bestellt und angetestet. Aber Vorsicht! Ein guter Suchtberater ist Pflicht!
