Excellent Product

I bought one to use in my professional studio control room. I had a minor problem with some high-mid reflections off of a side wall in the listening position. This fixed the problem perfectly.

This is a properly designed acoustic diffusor and is very heavy once the relatively simple task of putting it together is completed. The instructions for assembly are very clear and I didn't have any trouble putting it together. Be sure that you mount it well, as again it is VERY heavy.

Considering the weight of the wood and the time it would take to build and cut the individual pieces, this product offers excellent value for money and works well!

Einfach und cool wie Lego

Ich plante eigentlich eine selbstgebaute Variante und musste feststellen, dass ich den attraktiven Preis von Mr. T nicht unterbieten konnte (fairerweise sollte man die Arbeitsstunden mit in die Rechnung miteinbeziehen).

Als der stark schwitzende Postbote an meiner Tür stand, war ich schon recht überrascht. Das Paket sieht klein und unschuldig aus, aber bringt jede Bandscheibe zum Springen... ;-)

Nachdem Öffnen des Paketes und dem anschließenden Überprüfen des Inhaltes war ich sehr zufrieden: Die Einzelteile wurden sorgfältig geschützt und die Bedienungsanleitung ist leicht verständlich geschrieben.

Die Grundplatte ist vorgebohrt, ein ausreichend großer Satz an Dübeln liegt mit dabei und es ist nur eine Frage von (vielen) Minuten bis der Diffusor zusammengebaut ist. Weitere Werkzeuge oder Leim benötigt man nicht!

Mein Tipp: Man verdübelt zuerst alle Holzelemente.
Erst danach beginnt man diese auf die Grundplatte zu stecken. (So konnte ich 20 Minuten an Zeit sparen)

Mein Fazit: So macht das Basteln wieder Spaß, wie in guten alten Legozeiten!

Ich verzichte ab sofort bei Skyline Diffusoren auf die DIY Methode und werde noch weitere Exemplare kaufen.

Je suis globalement très satisfait de ce panneau :

- Il faut prendre un peu de temps pour le montage (environ 1h) et prévoir un maillet car certains cubes ne s'enfoncent pas facilement. Le plan de montage est très clair, aucun problème de ce côté là. Prévoir des gants car les arrêtes des cubes sont assez coupantes.
- En cas de fixation au mur il faut fixer d'abord la planche puis enfoncer les cubes ou alors prévoir un système d'accroche supplémentaire car les trous des chevilles sont obstrués par les cubes (attention juste à la masse de l'ensemble, 30 kilos !)
- En cas de fixation au plafond prévoir de la colle à bois car certaines chevilles sont de mauvaise qualité et retiennent mal les cubes.
- Le résultat visuel est très joli, le bois est clair et donne un bel effet
- Le prix est très compétitif comparés aux autres marques, d'où un excellent rapport qualité/prix
- Enfin, le résultat sonore est spectaculaire bien que subtil : après la pause on distingue tous les timbres de façon beaucoup plus claire et précise et il apparaît surtout cette sensation d'avoir de "l'air" en plus qui change toute l'acoustique du studio. Mixer devient moins fatigant et jouer d'un instrument plus agréable.
En combinant diffuseurs et absorbeurs j'ai vraiment eu l'impression d'avoir un nouveau studio.

Falta de Información

El producto en sí me imagino que esta bien, ya que no tiene ningún secreto en la función que tiene que hacer, pero lo peor es la falta de información por parte del fabricante, solo te mandan una hoja, con un panel con números y además había toda una línea que no coincidía con los agujeros y huecos del panel. Otro fallo es no explicar como lo puedes montar, que al final es más sencillo de lo que parece, pero lo peor es que lo consultas con un consultor de Thomann y te dice que con alcayatas, 30kg con alcayatas, vamos esa contestación es de no tener ni idea, como yo, pero menos mal que uno siempre está rodeado de familiares dispuestos a ayudar.

Esto es información para los que vengan detrás, el panel trae 4 agujeros para que simplemente hagáis agujeros en la pared, pongáis un taco y metáis un tornillo fuerte a la pared, con eso hay suficiente.

Otra cosa, que he leído por ahí lo contrarío, siempre primero montar el panel y luego con cola blanca pegar cada taco en su número correspondiente, no al revés.
