Pedale davvero ottimo come booster, unica pecca quando lo si clicca non fa il classico click di attivazione, ad ogni modo svolge la sua funzione egregiamente visto il prezzo.

Good, simple, clean boost

I use this pedal at both extremes of the pedal chain. It excels in both situations!
It's a very clean boost, in my ears it adds ever so little high end sparkle, but barely noticeable. When used in front of everything, it really adds a beautiful and natural character to the drive. Obviously, when used in the effects loop it has a massive clean volume boost.
The price is right, the pedal is quite simple but build very sturdy, nothing is weak or out of place.
It's not the smallest, but that allows you to turn the knob on the fly with your foot (quite practical)!

I have been satisfied from purchases before ,but this one will be part of my all time favorite.
What a pedal!
This 20 dB booster is everything that was promised. Yes, another excellent product from tc electronic.
I have placed it at the end of my effects pedal but I see that it will be an amazing one to have also at first on the line. So, the features are actually , your ability to choose where to place it. My distortion absolutely shined with it.
This machine manage to enhance of the effects, the best of their essence.
You will hear your effects like never before!

Only less fun thing; you have to unscrew 4 screws to add a 9 volts battery but since I will use it with a power supply station, it is no big deal.
And for the price paid, definitely nothing of importance. I still give it 5 stars !
I will buy another one, soon. Just to make sure that I won't find myself without one.
She is a precious one now!

good and clean

I am using it with a Mesa Throttle overdrive, so I can afford to use it lower gain, but still sufficient volume to have a smooth, defined tone. I was not able to get this tone with tweaking the amp and the OD only. The pedal is clean, no background noise, and does what it supposed to nicely. It is kinda big, but one knows that beforehand. Sturdy. I am happy with it.
