This shaker is excellently made ,high quality and a very nice defined sound .
The two bottoms of different wood however doesn't give me enough sound difference to compare it to a caxixi hit on bottom .
I'm happy with it but maybe a different material for the bottoms would be more appropriate for my taste.

Beautiful shaker

It is just so nicely balanced shaker with the sound. Warm, delicate and sharp enough in the same time. If You are creative enough, You will get many different qualities of the sound. Being wooden it feels so natural. Somehow, it is one of my favourite shakers from my collection.

Love this shaker!

I bought this shaker for a country cover song project to add some percussion in the background.

I was surprised about this shaker. I never thought much about small percussion instruments but i absolutely love this shaker, its small and has lot of different tones. It made me creative and i tried bunch of different tones and sounds for the song. Very versatile! And its so small!

Its easy to get a great sound this fellah when recording. Also, the shaker has a great "bounce" on the shake, very easy to play on any tempo.

I recommend getting this shaker for any project, its small, versatile and does its job perfectly!

Very Easy to Play

Two very different sounds depending on how you have the shaker turned, either smooth or very staccato. Warm sound, feels great in the hand. This will get lots of use for sure.
