This is a good mid-range cymbal to add to any setup. It fits well as a wash-riding cymbal though you do have to hit it quite hard to max it out - which is what I was after. It indeed does decay faster than a normal 18" cymbal of this weight, which is also what I was after

Prato lindíssimo e com um som incrivel. É grande mas é muito fino e por isso o som abre muito rapidamente que é sempre uma caracteristica que eu procuro em estilos como o hard rock e o heavy metal. É muito bom sobretudo para ritmo. Tem um volume altíssimo sem ser preciso tocar com muita força o que é otimo porque faz com que o prato dure mais tempo. Estou extremamente satisfeito com ele.

Ich habe mir das 18er Fast Crash in Kombination mit dem Sabian XSR Performance Rock Set und dem eigentlich zur Serie passenden 18er Rock Crash bestellt und getestet. Im großen und ganzen hat das Fast Crash dabei einen besseren, satteren und dazu auch schnelleren Sound generiert als das Rock Crash.
Das Becken ist sehr gut verarbeitet und bringt eine gute Spielbarkeit mit sich mit. Was mir jedoch auf einigen Gigs aufgefallen ist: Das Becken schwingt doch schon ganz schön mit wenn man in der Auftrittseuphorie steckt und dabei natürlich ein wenig anders Spielt als im eigentlich Proberaum. Jedoch lohnt sich der Kauf auf jeden Fall und wir bei mir in Richtung Rock/Pop eingesetzt.
