Lo uso principalmente per pilotare sia una Boss rc500 sia la hotone ampero. Per fare ciò utilizzo un cavo midi con due attacchi femmina, perchè ho riscontrato dei ritardi o delle cancellazioni di messaggi utilizzando il midi thru della boss (collegamento Pacer-->boss--->ampero).
Non ho ancora provato con le Daw che uso abitualmente ma dubito che saranno problemi. Dal sito Nektar è possibile scaricare dei file per rendere la Pacer compatibile e mappata per le Daw più usate.

Pro: costruzione solidissima, possibilità di alimentarla tramite usb (con il caricatore per cellulari per intenderci), possibilità di espansione con i 4 insert per pedali di espressione e switch, dimensioni giuste tra ingombro e "calpestabilità" , è possibile programmarla tramite un editor online molto intuitivo e veloce.

I use this foot controller for controlling Ableton Live primarily. For launching clips, guitar looping and playing notes with my feet (synth bass etc...).

The build quality is excellent. It feels great, you know when you have depressed one of the buttons and the chassis seems like it is built to last on the road. I can not tell if the buttons/keys themselves are plastic, they are solid and do not feel like plastic, more like aluminium. Either way, they are very robust and have a solid feel when depressed.
The only thing I would worry about is the large data encoder, it is also well built, but seems like it could handle less abuse than the rest of the controller.
Programming it was a bit tedious but straightforward. Not difficult, just repetitive.
I would say it is a huge improvement over the standard foot controller everyone is using (you know the one).
The ability to colour code the pedals is great for knowing what everything does and what preset you are in.
There are enough presets (26) that you can control a wide variety of devices without having 100 presets you forgot about.
Great for studio and live use!!!

Great for controlling software synthesizers

Overall, this is a great product, I use it as a footswitch controller for software synths in MainStage. Works flawlessly with various expression pedals. Recently the editor became available ( it really helps getting desired results MUCH faster. I've tried various MIDI footswitches including Behringer FCB1010, Roland FC300 and this is most versatile controller I've used. Highly recommended.

Easy to use , I mainly use it to control my daw so worked straight out of the box for reaper , I will use it for midi switching as well , which I believe it is excellent at and a lot easier to program etc. pedals seem like good quality. very happy.
