Non male ma...

La cassa è ben costruita il peso nella media ma migliorabile considerando che è solo una cassa e pesa quasi quanti un ampli combo, le simulazioni presenti internamente non mi sono piaciute, pertanto la userò in modalità flat o proverò a caricare i miei profili. Non mi ha soddisfatto il suono delle basi che ho inviato all'input 2 , è risultato piatto e decisamente povero di bassi probabilmente perché è un prodotto pensato per la chitarra. Comoda l'ingresso usb per poter gestire i suoni ed usarla eventualmente come interfaccia per il computer. I supporti per poter inclinare la cassa li ho trovati plasticosi e poco affidabili, nell'utilizzo live secondo me non durano molto. non è la prima cassa FrFr che provo e questa la trovo nella media le funzioni extra che la plus offre secondo me non valgono la differenza di prezzo con il modello base a meno che non abbiate un multieffetto line6 compatibile o vogliate interfacciarla con il computer. In generale un prodotto discreto ma anche usando un buon effetto tipo Fractal Kemper o Quad Cortex il suono e il feeling che si ottiene non è lo stesso rispetto ad un buon ampli a valvole.

Very good build quality, and superb sound. Good list of features. I do also like the Line 6 support - found one error in the firmware, and after contacting them they've quickly issued the new version of the firmware.

They know their ropes when it comes to the modelling business, I'd buy again.

For those looking for a good sounding modeler cab, this is it.

I'm using a Line 6 Helix and a Quad Cortex, for both the Powercab is excellent, it gives you the "amp in the room" feel (more on the Cortex but also on the Helix). Especially if you want excellent sound at low volume this is a go-to solution.

The best way to take your Helix to stage

No doubt it's the best way to amplify the Helix to stage volume. And this thing has a LOT of volume, don't worry about competing with you metal drummer!

But it's very sensitive to the angle you're listening to it. I ended up programing all my patches on studio monitors, because the place and angle the Powercab is affects the tone to much and impacts the EQ decisions. The low end is massively different if the speaker in directly on the flor or angled with the included feet.
