LD Systems MEI 1000 G2 B6

So che stiamo parlando di un prodotto economico, rispetto ai suoi concorrenti Shure e Sennheiser, però io non mi sono trovato affatto bene.
Il prodotto si presenta bene, una bella confezione e un bel pò di accessori, un bella costudia da trasporto (in plastica), staffe per il Rack
E' molto facile utilizzarlo, molto intuitivo, in pochi minuti si monta e si configura molto facilmente.
Possiede tutte le funzioni più interessanti, un EQ, il LIMITER, Modalità Mono, Stereo e Focus, indicazione della carica delle batterie.
Per essere economico anche i materiali con cui è costruito non sono affatto male.
Purtroppo nel mio caso e per le mie esigenze trovo che il rumore di fondo sia troppo fastidioso e poco trascurabile, è una risposta sulle basse frequenze non adeguata.

I am a vocalist and guitarist in the rock band and I use this system every week on stage as a personal in-ear monitor system. My first impression of this product was very good and still I think so:

is has a practical transport box made of plastic, which is equipped with two secure snap closures. Everything you need for the gig and for your ears is safely stowed away: the transmitter in the metal housing including power supply unit, the mobile receiver for the belt and a stereo earphone in a storage bag. Two rack mounts are also included, so that the MEI transmitter may be screwed into a 19 inch rack.
It offers 8 groups of 12 channels and up to 10 systems can be used simultaneously, which should be more than enough for a larger rock band. You can connect several receivers on one transmitter, if you want. The pocket receivers are also sold separately for this purpose.
It's possible to use this system in mono or stereo mode.
Connections on the transmitter are two lockable combo sockets, which accept both XLR and jack plugs
The housing is made of metal, and gives the impression of sturdiness.
It's very good in operation as well. The pocket receiver can be very securely attached to your belt with the provided clamp; the display turns off automatically when the switch is not operated for a few seconds,
For me as a vocalist it souns great, becouse of their clear mids. It doesn?t sound like HiFi, but rather a little sober and neutral, but this does provide a certain assurance when on stage. I think it?s really very well done.
In this bundle we have good earphones. They sound well and doesn't isolate you from what is happening on stage. Of course they might not suit to all ears.

The MEI 1000 G2 offers a really useful solution for a very reasonable price. With the MEI,It's not a "pro" stuff and it is preferable to ensure that there is nothing between transmitter and receiver, and that, of all things, the transmitter is not installed in the bottom row of the rack 20 metres away. Then, it works well and reliably and the noise is also kept at a very reasonable level.

For relatively little money, with the LD Systems MEI 1000 G2, you get a solid total in-ear system with good features, high volume and no frills. The comfort of the earphone is greatly enhanced by the fact that several different ear plugs are included. A solid case and rack mounts are included in the set and the printed, multi-language guide deserves a word of praise. Overall, a well-rounded device, this system allows even the most cash-strapped musician and band to have access to a practical in-ear system.

Naudoju sau, ir kolegoms gyviems pasirodymams. Turim tris komplektus, o būgnai su laidu.
Garsas pakankamai geras, tik reikia stipraus signalo iš mikšerio, nes daugiau pasukus imtuvo garsumą atsiranda triukšmas, bet kai signalas iš mikšerio geras, viską tinkamai suderinus - triukšmo visiškai nesijaučia. Dar, kai jungi kelias sistemas kartu, reikia rinktis skirtingus dažnius kiekvienai sistemai, kitaip "pjaunasi" ir triukšmauja. Čia visoms sistemoms taip yra, ne tik LD.
Pridėtų ausinių nenaudojam, turim SHURE, atrodo kad 215 ar panašiai. Šitas vežiojamės kaip atsargines, jei ką :).
Labai gerai, kad yra stereo, lengviau išskirti atskirus instrumentus.

This is a very good in-ear system for the price tag on it! I have been using it every weekend on gigs, and it transmits very clear sound with no inteferences whatsoever. The receiver has a good finish and, although it looks a bit fragile, it holds up very well in live situations. Never failed me. The only downside is the earphones that come with the package, that sound a bit thin. But that's no problem, just buy better earphones.
