Stable, but not with precision

I purchased the 24471 for my almost 10 kg per piece Focal Alpha 80 Evos. The 24471s are rock-solid on the brick wall they got mounted on, since there's space enough between the four screws, but the angle indication is not much of help... You see, when holding the speakers up, while tightening the screws and then release the speakers, the angle stated before changes afterwards. A lot better to use external tools for this, or even your eyes.

There weren't many choices of quality speaker mount after a famous American manufacturer ceased to produce mounts.

I bought this to work with K&M 24356 to support my M&K loudspeakers in a Home Theater set up. Contemporary surround sound needs a lot of speakers and hence speaker mounts. K&M gave me confidence as it's made in Germany. Don't risk your life on low quality speaker mount as speakers can fall down due to marginal quality of mount.

Ich verwende die Wandhalter mit Genelecs 8040. Die Halter sind solide und stabil verarbeitet. Am Anfang störte mich, dass man die tangentiale Drehung nicht feststellen konnte. Im Nachhinein stört es aber gar nicht. Man kann so individuell nach seinen Hörgewohnheiten die Lautsprecher einstellen. Die tangentiale Drehung geht mit etwas Widerstand hat aber kein Spiel. Die Lautsprecher bleiben auch ohne Probleme in der Position stehen in der man es wünscht.

Good and expensive

First of all, I accidentally ordered one, didn't realize it doesn't come in pair.

So expensive(ish) wallmounts but extremely stable. I'm hanging 8kg monitors. You can tighten bolts just enough that you can move monitors by one or two hands but they still hold position.

I would have hoped maybe tightening handle, these have to be tightened by bolt key. That's why 1 star off.
