The most stable foldable stand on the market
There are 2 types of music stands: sturdy or foldable. This one is both. I have investigated pretty much every stand out there - this is it. A bit stiff to fold/unfold when new, but that's a good thing actually, it's going to loosen up in time, but won't become rickety like cheaper, lighter stands.

All I remember from the music stands we used to use when I played in an orchestra is that they were not built to be sturdy... This model is simply as good as it gets. Never used one like this before, even my music school doesn't have anything that compare with this! A happy customer! Danke schön Thomann!

Very sturdy well-made music stand
Really impressed with the quality of this music stand. I had a mediocre stand that didn't stay up well in windy weather so wanted something a little more robust, but also easy to carry. This one fits the bill. The mechanisms to lower and higher the music stand are very easy to use and smooth and securely locks the stand in place, making it very stable. I would highly recommend this stand.

Excellent stand
My two previous - cheap - music stands simply collapsed under the weight of the music books consistently placed on them. This is a high quality, stable, heavy duty stand - easy to assemble - which looks like it is going to last a very long time and withstand a punishing lifestyle. Highly recommended.
