Great guitar, fantastic service and delivery from Thomann

This is marvelous guitar, it came packed in a very large Thomann box and inside that box there was a lot of bubble bags protecting the inner box which then contained the guitar hard case, which means the guitar itself was in the original hard case, this was in a Ibanez box and the Ibanez box in a large Thomann box. Bomb proof.

To my surprise the guitar was tuned very close to concert pitch and the conditions are pristine with no damage, scratches or dents.

The guitar itself is fantastic, has a huge sound and the only complaint I have is to do with Ibanez because they have shipped the guitar with a very high bridge piece which needs to be filed down because the action is a little on the high side. Not a problem thought and perhaps they ship them like that for those who only strum chords in the first position and never wonder up the dusty end.

Overall feedback for this transaction is 99% I wish Thomann would check the setup before sending out the guitar because the bridge needs to be filed by a professional and this will cost me money to get it fixed. Had I bought it from a store they would have fixed it before delivery.
