Corde di qualita'

Le corde costano piu' della media, ma sono di grande qualità. I bassi dorati hanno un bellissimo suono, molto bilanciato, i cantini, tra i piu' belli che abbia suonato.

Nice hard tension set for mixed genres
Mickey Mack 26.11.2019
I put these strings on a Godin Multiac Nylon 7 SA guitar and love how they feel and sound. I use the low B string from a set of Pyramid strings for the 7th string. I like hard tension strings because I play mixed styles (Jazz, Fingerstyle, Rock, Bossa Nova, etc.), in standard and dropped tunnings.

To me the tension of these stings feels close to steel strings, but with all the comfort of good quality nylon strings. I drop the G string down to E, the low E string down to D and the A string down to G without any major issues. I even use a plectrum (sometimes) and a steel slide, and these strings handle everything better than any others I've tried.

It can be a "love/ hate thing" with these Hannabach Goldin strings, and I'm the kind of player that likes the sound of Thomastik/ John Pearse strings, and the Hannabach Goldins have a similar brightness to their sound, but the tension feels slightly harder than most high tension sets (which I like).

They may be a little too bright and hard tension for some players (especially for Flamenco guitarists) but they work great for my needs. They are a good quality, well made, unique sounding set, and I think they're worth paying a little extra for.

Having played these strings for a couple of years, and still it's not easy to write a review.
Like any kind of strings, there are guitars that fit, while others don't, you will have to try for yourself.

These are the "top of the line" strings of Hannabachs string collection.
They are made out of carbon, and likewise other carbon-strings this means, that the diameter decreases from E- to e'-string (unlike most nylon strings).
I personally do like this consistency, also it is a bit disturbing if you always played nylon strings before.

The sound is on the bright side and interacts well with both, my cedar-top, and my spruce-top.
The tension is quite hard, because of carbon.
I think these are good strings to push a warm guitar more in the brighter direction, or to get a modern, rich tone with a lot attack out of a bright guitar.
And also: they look great, and people ask about them shine ;-)
Give it a try!

Luxury Hard set for the Concert Players
Asilova 25.04.2020
I put these on my Amalio Burguet (Studio Series) and the tone quality was wonderful. However, the trebles were very hard so I have to replaced by the softer strings.
Pros: Very good string, the basses make powerful sound, and the trebles sing warmly.
Its golden-colored strings look fantastic particularly on the spruce guitar with an ebony fretboard.
Cons:
The string tensions are high (not medium-high). Its string tensions (lbs.) are 17.64, 14.99, 14.99, 17.64, 17.20, 16.53.
Please compare the tensions with that of D'Addario EJ46 Pro Arte Hard (16.810,12.420,12.300, 16.240, 16.960, 15.210).
In particular, the tension of the trebles feels. Given this, I do not recommend these strings for beginners/intermediate guitarists as well as people who prefer the soft strings.
The Price is high (but still it worths).
