It's LOUD!

Intended for professional use at various venues therefore plenty of headroom required.
There is headroom galore and due to its' power would be unsuitable at 'bedroom' volumes!
This amp is very LOUD and I found the channel volume pretty sensitive.
The sound is clear with plenty of treble options though it still retains a warmness that is not always found on amplifiers suitable for hard rock and metal etc..
The distortion channel is excellent and covers a wide range,
sounding to my ears like a souped up Marshall.
Stylewise this Runt can cover just about everything.
Prepare then for a big sound with enough headroom for any venue.
One star deducted due to no protective cover of any kind.
This is unfortunate when you consider the price.
Mesa Boogie always provide a cover.

Der Amp klingt gut, keine Frage. Die Masterlautstärkeregelung erinnert allerdings an meinen 80er Rivera Knucklehead:
Erst geht im Regelweg nichts, und bei 0,7 haut's einem die Löffel weg.
Da der Effektweg nicht regelbar ist, macht das nicht wirklich Spaß.
Für Daheim (und ich spiele da schon ordentlich laut) ist das nix.
Zum Vergleich: Der Bogner Helios 50 benimmt sich hier viel kultivierter und zahmer. Ganz fein dosierbar, erste Sahne. Kein Vergleich, allerdings auch deutlich teurer.

Awesome guitar amp that features everything others lack. Great string separation, attack and tightness. The speaker simulated output is just a great bonus that is very usefull. Best amp that I have ever owned, and I have owned most of the Marshalls out there, Tried many Peavys, Bogners, Soldanos.

Musicien amateur depuis quelques années, j'ai possédé et utilisé pas mal d'amplis. Je recherchai un ampli qui me rappelait le JCM 800 que j'ai utilisé pendant 15 ans, simple d'utilisation et assez puissant pour le live et utilisable à la maison. Friedman Runt 50: enfin...Deux canaux: clair et saturé, plus un boost de gain. Son clair très très acceptable, avec un switch bright trois positions, basse et aigus. Le son saturé: là, la claque; Son plein, précis, grosse "patate" gain réglable du old school au moderne, sans jamais ressembler à une ruche. 50 watts lampes cela décoiffe. Pas de souffle, même avec du gain et du volume, preuve de matériel et composant de qualité. Utilisé avec un 2x12 Marshall (2061X)
équipé "Black shadow" Bref que du bonheur. Merci Friedman
(Merci à Thomann qui m'a fait une petite remise du fait qu'il n'y avait pas de house dispo) J'ajoute la qualité de fabrication: excellente.
