Important News For Channel Island Customers
We are currently experiencing major difficulties with normal deliveries to the Channel Islands due to new import regulations. Parcels are being returned back to us via customs, and as such delaying and frustrating our customers. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer an immediate solution via normal postal routes. We would be able to offer for the time being, shipping via our premium carrier UPS. For each order we will need to arrange a shipping quotation, which can take up to 24 hours after we have received your order.
If you would like to arrange a quotation prior to placing your order simply send us the items you wish to order and also include your full shipping address in the Channel Islands. We will reply back to you as soon as possible. Please note that free shipping on orders above 199€ does not apply for the Channel Islands for the time being.
