Versatile, solid, LOUD

this mic is fire!
I use it mainly for Toms and some guitar take. It creates a wonderful dynamic range of frequencies and gives me a beautiful attack on every drums hit.
I owned other types of microphones but nothing compares to the clarity and dynamic of this one.
To get maximum from this microphone I suggest using a good Preamp

excellent for snare drum

great microphones for snare drums. For me better option then SM57. Very punchy, bright with nice low end, too. I do not have hi hat bleading in snare channel like on sm57...come with drum clip small stand.

Nice Kick mic

I'm using this mic inside the kick, from heavy rock to pop, even jazz.
Not iper Eq'd but "almost ready"sound. Solid construction. Great bargain.

Ich benutze dieses Mikrofon an den Toms und bin wirklich äußerst zufrieden!
Die Verarbeitung ist top und das Mikrofon so stabil gebaut, dass man sich auch vor stärkeren Sticktreffern nicht zu fürchten braucht.
Die mitgelieferte Drumhalterung funktioniert gut und ermöglicht eine recht flexible Positionierung am Spannreifen üblicher Toms und Snares.
Zudem ist eine hochwertige, leicht gepolsterte Tasche inkludiert, die eine sichere Aufbewahrung gewährleistet.

Klanglich ist das Mikrofon eher unspektakulär, was aber in keinster Weise negativ gemeint ist.
Es ist lediglich nicht so stark preEQed, wie das ein oder andere Konkurrenzprodukt. Somit lässt es bei der klanglichen Gestaltung einen großen Spielraum und ist für alle Genres brauchbar.
Das Mikrofon besitzt eine Hypernieren-Charakteristik, blendet also überwiegend Klangquellen von der Seite bzw. von leicht hinten aus. Auch der Klang des "Bleeds", also der ungewünschten Signale klingt passabel, sodass auch bei keiner Verwendung eines Gates, die übrigens Signale nicht zu stark in eine ungewünschte Richtung gefärbt werden.

Nach längerer Nutzung funktioniert das Mikrofon noch tadellos und ich kann eine klare Kaufempfehlung aussprechen!
