The Bane of Fender budget basses

About this bass - i use it for playing at home, recording or playing at the studio.

1. SOUND. There is only one pickup but it sounds very wide, very versatile. It surely has some character in it. With the active system you can do some vintage P-bass tone and also some modern clanky sound. Also one pickup means less control which i find very comfortable.

2. QUALITY. Obviously you need to set it up a little bit (sandberg gives you an instruction on how to do it correctly) and then everything feels solid. It feels like you can depend on it.

3. PLAYABILITY. The neck is thin and very comfortable, also you can set up the action really low so you "play" it instead of "struggling" with it.

4. Thingies (FEATURES). This bass has some "boutique bass" features. For example the bridge. You can set up a string spacing as you wish. It also has got the "null fret" so the nut won`t wear off (it did on my ibanez).

Overall i feel like it is the middle price range p-bass workhorse that you would prefer over any else from this category or higher. Great bass for beginners, great bass for amateurs. I love it.

Hola, la verdad es que andaba buscando un bajo tipo P bass, y encontré este. Excelente relación calidad/precio. Un tacto muy muy suave del mástil. Y un sonido demoledor. Muy recomendable.
