Great sounding and so transportable
Gibsonino, 07.02.2019
This amp is rated at 50w and is plenty loud enough for me as a house band player or swing band player using a single 12 inch speaker in a venue with an audience of say 200. Home practice without taking up the airwaves is facilitated by the headphone socket. Clean the sound is lovely to my ears with good bass and mids particularly and I think the EQ works really well. Even at low volumes the gain knob can give you really good rock sounds. The gain is not to the level a metal player would want however. The sound with the gain maxed is believably as good as an overdriven high quality valve amp. And it responds well to the various pedals I have. The reverb on it is good. I am delighted with this amp and especially the fact that it only weighs about 2 pounds which makes such a difference for transporting your gear to a gig if the muscles are light. I can?t think of any real negatives and I warmly recommend that you compare it with any valve amp that you really like.

Light, small with a big sound
A d a m, 02.10.2019
This is one of the best solid state amps i've ever played.
I got it to "replace" my 65 Princeton, witch is my favourite amp of all time, but with its weight and fragility it's not the best one to drag it around for gigs and lessons. The 101 Reverb does the job perfectly. It's super light and super portable (fits in my guitar gigbag) and sounds great! If you compare it with the Princeton thru the same speaker it's quite the same and the reverb it's perfect.
I use it paired with a DVmark neoclassic 112 small and play jazz guitar, so i really need a clean loud amp, and it does that. The sound it's full and more than enough loud to do gigs.
I don't really have any cons about this amp, it's just the best for what i use it for.
If you need a loud clean amp with built in reverb that is super portable, this is it!

A perfect pedal platform
Stuart B, 21.04.2020
The clean sounds coming from this amp are so beautifully clean and the onboard reverb is very useful too - not at all sterile as you often get with digital reverbs. This amp takes pedals perfectly.

It's light and portable so a worthwhile part of any rig.

Absolutely great
LRguitar, 22.03.2021
This tiny amp head sounds just great as feels rock solid. You can't fault it. Still it is an entry level model and for another 100 / 200 euros you get so much more from quilter on a higher model.
