excellent China

This china is excellent - I use it to play metal and for the breakdowns its really gives power. Also when using in accents - really trashy sound, also quite loud and low frq bang.
If you are playing heavy stuff - this is real deal for you - loud for gigs and durable (had 1 already - now buying another one)
there is no thing I didnt like about this china.
Give it a good clean after a while to stay fresh and it will last long to you.

This is one piece of an awesome cymbal. I love Zildjian cymbals! This is my 2nd Zildjian china aftr the first one got cracked after using it many years. I love the trashy sound of it. Good sustain after hitting it!

das einzig wahre china!

dieses china ist meines erachtens das aushängeschild der zildjian china becken - das teil kann man in jedem set-up verwenden und ebenfalls in jedem stil.

das becken hat wie schon im namen angedeutet einen trashigen klang, der schnell aufschaukelt und für unüberhörbare effekte sorgt - gerade als akzent, der selbst mal nen ordentlichen crash-teppich übertönen soll. zudem hat das becken einen tollen lautstärkepegel, der zwar dem einen oder anderen mitmusiker schon mal nen bösen blick ins gesicht zaubert, aber auch für "ooh"-effekte im publikum sorgt und auch dezent gespielt immer ne gute figur macht - dann mit schönen warmen, rauchigen tönen.

und wenn man das china etwas straffer aufm beckenständer arretiert, hat man auch kontrolle über das nachklingverhalten - ich allerdings lass das teil schön ausschwingen, zum einen, weil ich eher laute musik spiele, zum anderen, weil ein schwingendes becken besser klingt & länger hält.

wo wir auch bei der vielleicht einzigen "schwäche" der oriental serie sind: die becken sind sehr dünn, wer also extrem viel crasht & das mit der entsprechend harten gangart, könnte irgendwann mit rissen bekanntschaft machen - mein erstes 18er china trash hielt 5 jahre und dient seitdem im zweit-proberaum als effektbecken - und selbst mit nem 5cm riss klingt das teil immer noch arschgeil, da kommen billigere serien noch lange nicht ran!

in kombi mit dem 16er gegenstück & den (leider nicht mehr erhältlichen) trash hats ist dieses china mein all-time-favorite der zildjian oriental serie!
