Quality wise there is nothing to complain about.
I would say that thy produce a slightly more brilliant sound than standard silver-nickel Frets, but that difference is so subtle that might as well be just in my head ;)
the only "problem" might be that they are completely straight and normal bending jigs don't really work for precut frets.
Its not a really a problem since building a bending caul out of some hardwood should be easy considering that a re-fretting takes some skill anyway.
If you are able to re-fret your guitar you definitely able to build something to bend the frets to the required radius.
In my opinion I would always go with stainless steel frets. You do it once and that's that for 10- 15 years
