VATER VCS Cajon Brush

Drumsticks

  • Cajon Brush
  • The new Vater Cajon Brushes consist of approx. 190 polymer fibres and a handle with a diameter of approx. 36 mm
  • A rubber ring allows the extremely malleable fibres to be bundled more or less tightly
  • If the rubber ring is slid to the tip of the brush, the brush becomes stiff and generates a more powerful attack. Removing the ring causes the cajon brush to spread, creating a soft, low-frequency bass tone

Nice brushes
Anonymous 22.02.2015
These are really nice. Can also be used on regular drums, they kind of remind me of the Pro-Mark Broomsticks. If you have these and a pair of thinner, more traditional nylon brushes for your cajon, you pretty much have all the sounds you need. Vater makes quality stuff and these brushes are no exception. They are well made and feel like they will last for a long time to come.

Good decision for drummers
TimurS 22.06.2015
Using Vater Cajon Brushes we can get the same low bass sound playing with traditional grip while another hand will get the snare sound.
The different positions of rubber ring makes gives the abilities to change brush tension and get a different tones from your cajon from low bass to high pitch.
This product the great decision to drummers who starts to play the cajon but doesn't have good hand (palm) technique to get the right sound.

Great for the cajon, very good quality
SlimP 12.11.2018
Quality is very good. I used them daily for weeks and they still look like new.

Moving the rubber ring allows changing the rigidity efficiently, so that you can adjust the sound.

I use them on cajon and I really do not regret. Definitely brings some new sounds to the playing.

Very useful...
niallgmac 04.02.2015
I struggled a bit with the hand technique on the cajon, but using these brushes, the ghost notes sound great, and with the bands tightened a little, the bass thump is amazing. Very pleased
