Tama 14" Die Cast Star Cast Hoop 6H

the TAMA quality is here but I bought this in conjunction with the Star Cast tom holding system item ref 321820.
This Hoop is 6Holes and is made for a STAR model and the 6H mounting system can't be found on Thomann or anywhere as a matter of fact, not even on TAMA website. What's the point of making a 14" hoop with no mounting system available ?
I have a 14" Tom tom 6 lugs that could be mounted if only a Star cast mount for 6H was available.
I was able to find the Tama MAM14BN Star Cast Mount System but those 2 are NOT compatible as the mount is for a 8H hoop....
So I was very excited when I got the 2 parts, it looks like TAMA very solidly built and excellent quality, but I ended up disappointed as the 6H hoop and the 8H mount obviously, don't work.
The holes then do not match the mount's lug cutouts.
maybe I should've researched it a bit more but I wish the description would include something a bit more descriptive such as " Adapted to the 6H Star-Cast tom holding system - not compatible with 8H Tama MAM14BN Star Cast Mount System"
Still a great product despite my experience.
