Great sounding reverb for almost any rig
Jon-Paul, 22.09.2015
I use high-output humbuckers with a fairly gain-friendly rig. Naturally at the stock setting, I seemed to overdrive the reverb a little too quickly. Thankfully the manual explains how to overcome the issue with a very easy-to-adjust internal trim pot. It took about 10 minutes for me to find my sweet point which was at around 50-60% of the travel. A really useful feature. This puts up with my higher-output pickups much better but still sounds great with a strat going into the clean channel at this pace.

The reverb sounds lush and exactly how you would want a spring reverb to be. I consider this a substantial upgrade to the TC Electronic reverb I was using. The controls are all expressive though some settings combinations can get a little too crazy sounding and unmusical though I believe such settings are outside of intended operation in any case. Not as easy to use as your standard plug-in and go sort of reverbs, it takes a little more playing with, but once you figure out how the controls react and get the trim pot set up it really is a nice easy to use pedal. It's worth the small 10 minutes of playing time to get everything figured.

Some sample settings would have been nice to get started, but otherwise a great pedal.

Sehr gut!
FerdiW, 02.01.2015

Reverb 9 Uhr, Dry 12 Uhr, Decay 12 Uhr, Tone 11 Uhr, "Room" und Trail "on".

Génial si on aime le shoegazing (My Bloody Valentine me voilà...).
