Was für ein fantastisches Stück Holz!

Seit dem ersten Testen im Thomann-Store in Treppendorf bis zum Proben in der Band bin ich fasziniert von dieser Gitarre. Es ist definitiv die am besten bespielbare Gitarre, die ich bisher in der Hand halten konnte. Ich mag die Haptik des Griffbretts, die Saitenlage macht schnelles Spielen einfach und die Evertunebridge tut ihren gewohnten Dienst. Dann sieht die Gitarre in ihrem natürlichen Holzlook unfassbar gut aus und besitzt mit splitbaren Pickups auch die klangliche Flexibilität, die ich gern habe. Das einzige, was nach meinem Geschmack nicht ganz perfekt ist, ist der etwas kalte Sound im tiefen Bereich. Im Vergleich zu meiner Jackson Chris Broderick Soloist 7 mit DiMarzio Pickups kommt hier ein etwas zu wenig Punch, allerdings besitzt diese Solar ebenso die klangliche Akkordtransparenz auch in tiefen Lagen, was ich sehr schätze. Für modernen Metal dürfte diese Gitarre aber goldrichtig sein.
Ich bin jedenfalls froh mein Geld darin investiert zu haben.
