Really playable and cool cajón brushes
Carlos Y. 04.01.2016
I've been using these brushes exclusively on my cajón for a couple of months now, and I'm very happy with them.

The flexibility of the grip allows your playing a lot of nuance, because you can incorporate finger and wrist movements efortlessly into your playing.

The hardness of the brush can be adjusted, and I find myself setting the plastic rings to 1/3 most of the time, but of course your mileage will vary.

A final nice touch of these brushes is that they will not hurt the sensitive surface of the cajón -- however, mine did stain the surface a bit (the brushes are black, after all) but that was fixed easily with a damp cloth.

Highly recommended!

Fantastic alternative Cajon sticks! A must have with your Cajon...
GTR 22.10.2015
Brilliant buy!

As it can be demonstrated on many youtube clips, these sticks open a whole new world to the Cajon playing. They are made out of flexible soft type plastic (not cheap looking!) which give the feel of drum playing as the rebound is very realistic.

They have little rubber bands which by positioning them across the sticks can give different sound on the cajon. I tend to keep one on the end of the stick (kept tightly) for the low sound, and the other stick loose for the snare sound.

A must have for any Cajon player...

Don't give these the brush off
Delrico 27.02.2018
Great slightly more solid brushes but lighter than the #1. Gives you the chance to be a bit more adventurous than you could be with softer brushes with a bit more oomph. Great for acoustic rock sessions funky stuff using hi-hats.

Good feel!

Great weight balance and specially very good grip!
The rubbers to open or close the brushes are very useful and can really enhance your approach on the cajon!
Very durable too!
