after a long search I 'm convinced to make this purchase for my Sandberg 48. I must say that I had recommended another model but verifying the measures, I decided instead to buy this model. The bass guitar comes to perfection. The quality is excellent and the price is very good. Durable and not bulky. Even that pockets are comfortable. If I had to find fault, could be the risers. More padded was tops!

As poured - but accessories may remain outside if you need a lot of material
I needed a new bag for my Thunderbird. For my review I draw a comparison with the corresponding Warwick Rockbag, which I had before.
The Warwick bag, which was bought at the time in the bundle, was also designed for explorers and other bulging body shapes and was therefore not always close to the Thunderbird. With a bit of foam one could improve this however cheaply. This knight-bag, on the other hand, fits the Donnervogel, as was to be expected, as if it were poured over and is sufficiently padded in the right places.
The biggest evil of the Warwick variant: the upper material. Very fine nylon fabric, which on the carrying handle already after a few uses aufribbelte. Finally, the sheathing of the handle as well as the bottoms of the attached pockets loosened as if by themselves in air. After only 15 months the edge seams were cut out of the nylon at 8 (!) Places. At once samples a week = 1 hour train ride, 20 minutes running ...
This knight bag is fantastically processed! The material is much coarser and more robust, from the look and feel like canvas fabric. The carrying handle is sewn in genuine leather cuffs and the entire seams of zippers and borders are below double-layed fabric edges, whereby the seams are nowhere "reachable" only from the outside. At the Warwick counterparts, thread ends were everywhere, etc.
The knight RGS7 is comfortable to wear, although the backpack set looks quite filigree. The carabiners are completely out and the padding of the straps sits in the right place and ensures good wearing comfort. At Warwick, the rucksack set looks clunky through the very wide straps and thick carabiner, but I think that in the longevity of the wearer the only advantage of Warwick could lie.
Stauraum: Knights abandon their pockets. There are 3 flat "interventions" on the bag. This results in a comparatively limited storage space. Biggest drawback: The large, oblique compartment above the body does not hold a Din A4 folder / exercise book! You can only take folded notes with you when it comes to text sheets and notes. The bag on the head easily handles 1x strings, 1 double pack 9V blocks, a jar with ear protection. Then, too, is Sense. The smallest compartment on the body can support a tuner and a short cable or a neatly wound instrument cable. My guitar tool bag, A4 cardboard wallet and a very wide, very stiff leather belt have to stay outside (it reminds me, the belt could be laid, unwound, around the bass). At the Warwick, all this and a little more stuff fit in. However, the pockets were also so rough that small items fell out of the pockets.
Conclusion: This knight bag looks as if it could the Thunderbird for many years well-tolerated and for everyday transports. Very, very sturdy and perfectly shaped! The price / performance ratio is top, considering that more expensive Warwick products in the comparison significantly cheaper. Less storage space than other bags is the only defenseless plug - BUT: less load and pressure on the / on the instrument can also be regarded as something positive ... Do you have to stuff whole books to the bass? Do the leather belt, 3 cables and a can of ravioli have to do? Who can safely say "no" here, will be enthusiastic about the bag. I am through it. Quality wins.
Update: In the A4 folder instead of 130 loose sheets now only 8 or 9 and already fits everything. A note book etc. would now fit.
