Very strong head that will stand up to lots of heavy playing. I sometimes like to use it as a resonant head along with a warm head like a coated Emperor as my batter. It offers an alternative sound to the punchy, studio-esque sounds that everyone seems to strive for these days. Variety is the spice of life! ;-)

die "moderne" alternative zum pinstripe. auf meinen upperclass sets von SONOR und TAMA top! lange stimmstabil, mikrofontauglich ohne zusätzlicher dämpfung, wuchtig und warm im sound, kein plastik-attack wie sehr viel anderes zeug. mein immernoch-favorit als TOM-schlagfell...teste zwischendrin auch andere. bleibt natürlich alles geschmacksache. zur haltbarkeit schreibe ich nur, dass dies von vielen faktoren abhängt und keinen kommentar bedarf. hochwertige und bezahlbare materialien wurden beim powerstroke4 verbaut! ich wechsle jedes quartal weil ich sehr viel spiele (auch live) und neue felle einfach geiler aussehen und klingen! mein tipp: warte nicht bis die felle durchhängen-gönn dir den spaß und hau mal auf die 4!

pour une grosse caisse de 16

j' utilise une grosse caisse de 16 pouces pour jouer du Bop. Cette peau ne nécessite aucun muffling et son rebond naturel est très agréable.
Je ne l' ai pas testé sur un tom basse.
