A great find!

One thing I love about Thomann is the VAST number of products they offer, meaning I could find this fairly hard-to-find Remo head (I also got the 12").

I have an early 70's Rogers drum set and I felt like it was time to change the bottom heads on the toms (probably not changed since near-new...!). The Ambassador Smooth Whites are HIGHLY recommended for drums of such an age - the shells weren't designed for modern heads, nor modern heads generally designed for such vintage drums.

All in all - one very happy customer.

Pues me compré una ludwig de segunda mano de 1965, y le tenía que poner unos parches decentes, y claro, con Remo siempre es una apuesta segura.
Una vez aplicada cera para maderas en el interior del Tom y deje secar un par de dias. A continuación coloque el parche y aunque lo afine de oído ya sonaba muy bien.
Lo compre por lo de vintage, ya que era para un equipo vintage y bueno, muy contento la verdad.
Un parche de calidad, fuerte todoterreno, que se adapta a lo que quieres.
Es algo caro, pero todos sabemos que las cosas caras son buenas (generalmente).
En fin mi conclusión es que si lo necesitase para un equipo nuevo, lo volvería a comprar.
