Amazing value

I'm blown away by every aspect of this guitar...built quality, feel, sound, the looks and it stays in tune perfectly so far, even with medium to high use of tremolo. It just feels like much more expensive instrument.

Only thing I find troubling is lower frats access because of the bulky joint, but I kinda expected that since I'm coming from Ibanez with very slim neck profile so I guess I just need to get used to it a bit.

Also its worth mentioning that it came nicely tucked in and within 5 working days of my order so good job Thomann :)

Très bon instrument.

Très belle guitare.
L'instrument est très équilibré, et bien plus ergonomique qu'une strat ou (évidement) qu'une Les Paul. Toute en rondeur et en douceur, le genre d'instrument que l'on peut jouer des heures sans se fatiguer.
La finition est impeccable. La table flammée est plus belle que sur la photo du site (promis!).
Jouant beaucoup sur Fender (Stratocaster et Télécaster), le manche me parait très large et très plat.
Malgré son air vintage, c'est une guitare taillée pour la course.
Le vibrato est un vrai bonheur. Rien à voir avec celui d'une strat.
Les mécaniques sont précisent et ne bougent pas.
Les micros sont très bons. Peut-être un peu légers en mode simple bobinage...

Rapport qualité prix excellent. C'est ma 9e guitare - je possède des américaines bien plus onéreuses - qui n'ont rien a envier à cette PRS.

Reçue en parfait état, en 6 jours ouvrés, au fin fond de la Corse, en période de Covid... Pour une première commande en ligne d'un instrument - moi qui était jusqu'à présent récalcitrant à l'idée de commander une guitare en aveugle - je dois admettre que l'expérience fut concluante.

Bien joué Thomann - je recommencerai.

Erst der zweite Wurf ein Treffer

Bestellung im Internet ist immer auch ein wenig Glückssache. Die erste bestellte Gitarre aus dieser Serie war offenbar ab Werk nicht optimal kontrolliert worden. Die berühmte Stimmstabilität wollte und wollte sich nicht einstellen und das Flageolet auf dem 5. Bund brachte mich zum Verzweifeln. Der Knopf auf dem Volumepoti war leicht schief aufgesteckt und blieb mir beim ersten Anfassen in der Hand, ließ sich aber wieder ordentlich anbringen. Die dank des tollen Service von Thomann ausgetauschte zweite -identische- Gitarre dagegen war perfekt in der Intonation und sofort spielbereit. Sie hält auch die Stimmung gut, lediglich die tiefe E-Saite schnarrt leicht, was ich aber dem nicht eingeschwungenen Hals anlaste. Alles in allem würde ich daher dazu raten, es vielleicht doch lieber in der höheren Klasse der PRS zu versuchen, die in USA gefertigt werden. Dort sind solche Ausreißer eher nicht angesiedelt. So, jetzt aber zum Resumee: für das Geld letztlich ein tolles Instrument, wenn der Geldbeutel nicht mehr zuläßt, erhält man eine tolle Gitarre mit 6 verschiedenen Sounds (Coil-Split Tonepoti) und einem Les-Paul ähnlichen Spielgefühl bei deutlich leichterem Gewicht und dünneren Body. Der flachere Hals ist auch für viele ein Argument. Preis / Leistung stimmt auch im Hinblick auf die hervorragenden Hölzer und die traumhafte Optik.

Impeccable

Bonne finition, couleur légèrement plus foncée avec une lumière naturelle, table flammée vraiment superbe, le vernis du corps laisse apercevoir les veines du bois.
La touche est sublime, les oiseaux font leur effet.
Pour certains le sillet est à changer, vérifié chez un luthier tout est ok, corde en 9-42, montée avec du 10-46 pour convenance personnel.
Micros offrant une palette assez large avec le push/pull.
A recommander.
