This is one cool microphone. When you open the box and see this little beauty and feels how smooth it is, you will be surprised at the level of workmanship for a microphone of this moderate price. The sound is very good with alot of clarity. A bit heavy on the treble so you will need so compensate for that with some EQ. I use it mainly for snaredrum or on the guitar amp instead of an SM57 for a more bright and aggressive sound.
