Massive, well built, but not sufficiently stable.
synthesist 30.04.2017
I've bought two of these to serve as a sort of a table for my small analog synth and some other gadgets. I realize these are meant for mixers as they do need quite a heavy object on them in order for them to be stable. With a two octave analog synth on it there simply isn't sufficient weight and the legs wiggle too much as the fit of the inner and outer leg is not tight enough. I like how simple they are to set up and fold, they seem well built and all, but I will have to modify them to make them stable. That said, I will still buy one more as they are of perfect dimensions for my needs and I can imagine they are a very good stand for heavier gear like mixers. With a little work they are also customizeable because there are extra holes, so they can be made less deep if needed, which is nice and I'm going to to that to one of the stands.

R
Perfect for a bass combo
Rushbo 19.08.2020
I bought this to use with a bass combo - a Genz Benz contour. I wanted to raise the combo up a little, as when it's on the floor, most of the sound it produces is directed at the back of my knees. This is a perfect solution and is surprisingly stable. It folds up neatly and seems well made, although mine initially came with one of the plastic feet missing. Thomann quickly rectified this, but spare feet cost about £3 for a set, so it might be worth getting a spare set, just in case.
Quiklok does a very similar product to this, but I couldn't justify the expense. This seems to do the same job, but for a much more affordable price.

T
Good sturdy stand
Thomas5142 07.02.2022
bought this for putting a mixer/2u rack effects on. Works perfectly.

item is well made and easy to setup put down.

only thing is I'm not sure it will fit into a case/bag easily as the feet stick out.

Not impressed
Pulse_sound 04.01.2022
Ok, it’s cheap but quality is disappointing. One of the 4 legs is incorrectly welded and that makes the stand unstable an wobbly. Ones you put some weight on it (SQ5 in a case) it feels more stable. But I would not buy it again…

Not bad!
JordanA 03.03.2021
I bought one of these stands a little while ago! I had mistakenly ordered this one for a piano thinking it would be a lot larger! I was still able to use it for one of my 73 note keyboards and it worked really well!

The leg adjustments can be a little jolty and get stuck but if you give them a good pull they tend to come unstuck! I later purchased a Quicklock stand for my 88 note keyboards and they're fantastic but this one remains in the studio for gigs where a full sized keyboard isn't needed!

Great design!

Solid, stable, not too heavy, greatly adjustable. I like this product a lot. Only downside being is the small rubber feet come off very easily. So, if you get it, make sure to apply some glue to them first and you are good to go!

One man band

I use this to hold a 4 unit rack and a Dynacord powered mixer. The stand itself is plenty strong but the plastic feet needed to be re-glued a few times as they fell out. When set up the legs need to be given a small kick out to provide more stability. It's a tad on the heavy side but can be expected. I would deffnitely recommend this for any heavy equipment you need to put on a stand, no worries about collapsing.

Very stable. I am using it with a rack case 4u with 2 p.a. amplifiers and a soundcraft mixer on the top of the case. Very portable!

Questionable, but works
Naaz 29.09.2022
Adjusting this stand has been extremely inconvenient for me as the legs dont slide properly, with one of the legs not closing fully at all. The stability is also questionable, as some legs are slanted and somewhat wobbly.

HOWEVER, once you put some weight on top it seems to hold perfectly. I used it for a big flightcase with turntables and a mixer - with this on top it was quite reliable (albeit a bit shakey at times).
