Millenium DI-P Passive DI-Box

The Millenium DI-P Passive DI-Box is a great items for a great price. I often think that you get what you pay for with audio equipment, and this is often very true with DI boxes. However, when the budget is tight, the Millenium DI-P Passive DI-Box is a cracking little box. The metal case is strong and makes the DI box seem very sturdy and well-built. Being a passive DI Box means that it doesn't need any battery and can sue phantom power form a desk if needed. The inputs and outputs on the box seem well built and both jack and XLR seem to go in and come out all ok. The labeling is clear, so when on stage it a darkened room, this is ideal. The switchable pad button is also handy and often a feature missed out on cheaper DI Boxes. For the cost, the Millenium DI-P Passive DI-Box is a great item that I would highly recommend.

I love these little boxes

for sheer value for money i have to give these five stars, as a passive di box it does not need batteries or phantom power , has the main features you need with a ground lift and pad buttons to reduce 'big' signals and an additional line out as well as an xlr out, they are very sturdy and endure lots of kicking about (which i dont condone) as well as occasionally used to 'wedge' things up . for live work i have not noticed any discernable noise from them, my only reason for a small mark down is that the buttons for switching earth and pad are a little vulnerable/exposed and can get pushed accidently through mishandling, I havent had any break or damaged and consider them an excellent addition to my kit

Bought 2 of these for band work to D.I 2 keyboards. Compact, neat and robust, I've used them constantly for months and they work great. Some of the writing is starting to fade - where it says 'input' - but otherwise they haven't let me down. Sound is good, solid and clear. Very cheap to buy, recommended.

Hard to argue with this. Does its job, solidly built, excellent price. Could not fault it in any way, would recommend having a bunch of them.
