Not worth it

In theory, this should be a great addition to your cajon setup, in practice it doesn't work well no matter how you set the pedal up.
It's way too unresponsive and clunky, you're better off using a regular pedal backwards and save the money

Good solid pedal

I had some reservations about using a pedal on my cajon but it locks in really tight and has a great sound from the hard foam beater.

Meinl, as expected.

When paying a premium for a pedal you will expect quality, this was a perfect example of that…….
The Cajon had a spring adjuster where my pedal needed to attach, but that is not the pedal’s fault of course……some improvisation resolved this quickly.
Needless to say the pedal will outlast the Cajon and was a good investment.

Not the best quality beater
Ben.A. 29.09.2022
Initially, this was great, but just after a year the beater perished through light use. When the chain seized, obviously i couldn't use it.
I hope it's been modified since.
