The sound is good. The plastic skin I durable and makes the handling of the drum even with changing temperatures and humidity uncomplicated. The tuning of the drum is easy and even if you do not have much practice.

The only thing missing from this drum is character - nevertheless, it sounds perfect for a musical instrument! I am satisfied and would buy them again.

I've played a few other drums before, both synthetic and real, and I think it makes little difference - or if it did, it passed me. Because the predicate "TrueFeel" is to be taken literally, above all also with regard to the feeling of the surface.
This drum I can compare with the Remo Buffalo Drum 22 ", and find the sound of the Meinl clearly fuller and more facetious than the Remo.

I am always thrilled what new styles and nuances I discover on the drum and am really glad to have bought this!
