At first I was skeptical to order an instrument without having played it before, but then thought to me: there's 30-day money-back, so go! When the bass came in (in premium gigbag in the box), I played it immediately and am immediately super clean, nice flat neck, fingerboard not too wide (I have not straight giant hands and my fingers are rather normal long). Nevertheless, I could still place the string position a whole bit lower (without snarling). The string distance I have set to "clear range", which is however personal, because I come with the right on the right clear, since I pluck almost exclusively with the fingers (rarely a bit Slap, NEVER plectrum). Otherwise it is well on the body, is well balanced and not too heavy. To the sound: it is suitable for all styles and makes powerful pressure, even the deep H-string (even with the slap). The fact that he has only one pickup does, in my opinion at all no break off, since the active three-tone adjustment is very flexible and practically does not rustle. Good is also the "mode switch" fd pickup. The output level is certainly twice as high as with my other (also active) bass (90 's).

The only drawback is that for a 9.6 V NiMH block battery too narrow battery compartment, which I "stripped" and then had to coax with Tesa film, so that he could fit. But you can live with it!
